Haemophilia Treatment Centres

There are three accredited treatment centres in Estonia for complex treatment options in bleeding disorders, these are Tallinn Children┬┤s Hospital, North Estonia Medical Centre and Tartu University Hospital. All centres are collaborating closely about the diagnostics and treatment of bleeding disorders.

Tallinn Children’s Hospital (children) – Tervise 28, Tallinn
Outpatient hematologist’s appointment: 9-12, registration through the call center by phone 697 7200. Requests for scheduled visits, medications and consultation with a physiotherapist: on working days from 9-16 through the hemophilia nurse, phone 697 7288
Emergency problems: On working days from 8 am to 4 pm, contact the department directly and during non-working hours through the hospital’s emergency reception.

Tartu University Hospital (children and adults) – Puusepa 8, Tartu
Outpatient reception and coagulation factor orders: on working days from 8 am to 4 pm – nurse of the hematology outpatient department, J building, office J64, phone 731 9567

North Estonian Regional Hospital (adults) – J. S├╝tiste tee 19, Tallinn
Outpatient appointment: regular appointments – call 617 1678 or 617 1679 on working days from 8 am to 4 pm.
We recommend that you visit your doctor at least once a year.
Emergencies: contact the Emergency Department.
